We grow four different varieties of bananas: Apple, Cuban Reds, Ice Cream, & Williams. Each has it's own unique characteristics and flavors.

Apple banana's have small yellow fruits that have a slightly acidic, apple like flavor.

Cuban Reds have small plump fruits that turn an reddish orange when ripe. The flesh is cream to light pink in flavor and have a sweet almost raspberry banana flavor.

Ice Cream banana's have yellow skin and a very sweet vanilla like flavor.

Williams banana's are one of the most common banana's found in stores. They grown large yellow fruits and have the traditional banana flavor you are used to.
We use a blend of all these banana's in our breads, hot sauces and butters.
